How to Participate
Participating in HOTA events is easy and fun! Follow these steps to get started:
- Check the event schedule and choose an event that interests you.
- Register for the event through our website or contact the event organiser.
- Prepare your equipment and familiarise yourself with the event rules.
- Choose a house location to set up your station and make contacts.
- Log your contacts accurately and submit your log after the event.
- On the day of the event, set up your station at the designated location and start broadcasting!

- Follow all local regulations and guidelines for amateur radio operations.
- Respect other participants and avoid causing interference.
- Log your contacts accurately and submit your log after the event.
- Use your call sign followed by "/HOTA" to identify your participation in the activity.
- Have fun and promote good sportsmanship!
